Located about 10 miles away in downtown shelby, the brown bear has the best hand made burgers in the area, as well as a old-school wood-paneled pub environment. very few can finish a bear burger!

The silver lake chicken shack has the best wings we have ever had. This is located 8 miles away in silver lake which is a very tourist oriented town along the silver lake sand dunes. This is also a bar, and has music most weekend nights. It can get busy, but you can always order to go.
